With no one to run with, an uncomfortable run yesterday, and a crappy day out, I wasn't sure if I was going to run. I also didn't need anything really for mileage. My main motivation to get out was doing some barefoot which I'd basically forgotten about the past month. It was questionable if I'd be able to handle any barefoot in this weather, but the rain had been soaked up so at least my feet weren't wet. Maybe 1 mile of numb feet then they warmed up. Finished with 4 hill sprints.
