Mile repeats today, start at tempo and pick it up a little each rep. 2 mile warm up.

1) 5:51 - feeling good to start the workout.

2) 5:44 - turned around to avoid downtown, and that meant going into the wind. It wasn't a terrible wind, ~12mpg, but we had to push through it and maybe pushed a bit hard on this one.

3) 5:34 - wind at our back again and we kept up the same effort as before. I tried to slow us a down a few times but still were rolling

4) 5:31 - more than a bit harder into the wind.

5) 5:24 - no more Drew and still into the wind to head towards the cars. Felt strong but had enough of the wind.

Probably not an objectively great workout if compared to the track workouts, the roads are a different animal though.
