Leg muscles still not fully recovered from All-American and soccer, and I think tennis yesterday created a few more aches (right heel very tender). I thought about just taking the day off, but I already took Monday off and I needed to get out of the apartment at some point today, so I did the next best thing, 3 miles on soft surfaces.
At this point, I'm thinking I'll wait until Thursday or so to see how I feel before deciding which race I'll do next weekend: 1/2 marathon or 5k.
