Warm up. Tonight's race was back to being at 6:30. Which meant no worry about getting the car and less traffic. But it did mean night would fall during the race (more on that in the race entry). Warmed up by myself and saw a few walkers out. I didn't feel strong to start but started to on the way back. I even did a 1min tempo and 20sec faster piece. After that, my heart rate started to calm down.
