Notes
I braved an afternoon run so I could have 1 more run with Helix (and I may have known it would only be in the 70's). I suffered. It was more my stomach, but the heat didn't help. My stomach's been off the last day with lots of traveling and not great eating. I expected to need a bathroom on this run. Still, I started off feeling pretty good.
Upon turning around at 3 miles, I could feel my legs having energy but otherwise starting to lag. It wasn't that bad on the way back, but I was worried that I'd gone back into AFib. At least by the time I got home, I was normal.
