Notes

Was short for time grabbing my spikes and quickly did a couple strides before starting. Wasn't quite comfortable in my spikes and of course pace felt fast. It was nice for my legs to tire and not to be breathing hard though. Biggest problem was just not having a powerful efficient stride, I was flailing a good bit. Ran 4:20 and want to try that distance again.
