ASICS Gel-Novablast 2 (Peppermint)
Warm day at Morgan. It hit Helix hard but fairly easy for Drew and I. The sun just doesn't hit like it did 2 months ago. Helix ran for about 6 then Drew and I hit the pavement for a faster 2 miles. I forced 4 strides on myself.
