First run that actually feels like Fall, but only for a moment. By that I mean I was running in the sun and wasn't feeling scorched. My calves are still in a bad place and the top of my left foot is hurting again. I decided I'd still run but wasn't sure how far I'd decide to go. So I explored and other than my lower legs, I felt quite good aerobically.
