Notes
1 more scorcher run. We ran at Sac and Fox which is usually reserved for longer runs but thought it would be well shaded. Though it really wasn't much better than yesterday until 3 miles in. Speaking of which, I'm not sure how far Drew was intending but we got past 3 miles without him realizing it so that's how we got 7 for the day.
With 3 to go I started to whither, thankfully that didn't last and it wasn't until the hill with 1+ mile to go when my body really started sending warning signs. Hopefully today was an indication that we're getting acclimatized. Now we'll probably lose it again as we're back into the 70's all next week.
