Notes
Coldest run I've had in a few weeks, though still not that cold. It was just surprising since yesterday was mid-40's and tomorrow is supposed to be mid-50's. Looking further ahead, though, it seems single digits and possible negative temps are finally on the horizon (side note: I've been debating a day off this week, but now I might just be a wuss and wait for a crappy day).
Anyway, I ran into the wind for 4 miles, returned a bit faster, grabbed my flats and did 6 hill sprints. Happy days.
