Another 9 miler and a hill workout. Good thing I didn't have a soccer match yesterday as we did hill sprints today. 3 uphill sprints (<20sec), followed by 1 longer downhill stride (>30sec). 5 sets of those. At first I thought we were doing 20 uphills and I was hesitant of the pace we were going and if I wanted to do it all, but the boss was counting the downhill strides as a rep so it was just 15 uphills. Still, we were hitting them hard (sprints true to their name). It was a weird feeling where my legs weren't burning or feeling sore, but rather just losing energy it seemed.

Good workout overall, one that I don't think will hurt much tomorrow I hope.
