Back to morning runs with Drew. The hazardous air quality is drifting away. The humid air seems to be here to stay. Pretty normal run. We never got going too fast but my heart rate still rose towards the end.
I was pretty proud of the progress I made in June. Weird to see it was only 80 miles for an entire month.
