Did a progression run. Made the usual mistake of assuming the wind was doing something, so most of the workout was into the wind. Started with almost 2 miles tempo then 1 mile 10k; then turned the corner and had the wind at my back, wanted to do a few minutes of 5k but soon realized I was going more like mile pace, so continued with that for another minute or so and called it good. Almost 20 minutes for all of it. I know I was going slower than I wanted but hopefully that's just the wind because I felt a good spring in my legs the whole time.
