Notes
Took yesterday off to complete the crappy week. Possibly the first time not taking the time to run in Decorah. Retro doesn't run on Sundays apparently and Drew had my same thought: we can run together whenever and we weren't sure if the trails were dry.
I decided it would be a long run day to make up from the poor mileage last week and to look ahead to doing a half marathon in 2 weeks. Also, it would be raining starting tomorrow so we could try trails today (they were super duper dry). We tried the new trail, it went nowhere fast, then did the full trail and back. I felt pretty good the whole time, 1 bathroom break.
