Left the apartment with a shirt on, not cool (though the weather was cool). I wasn't planning on much of a long run and we started fast. Like my last week of runs, my body (mostly hamstrings) is still sore but I have a lot of energy to run, almost as if I've been tapering. Felt good until the turnaround, when my hamstrings slowly got more and more sore. At 9 miles I was questioning whether I could push my hamstrings any further. Instead, I just used my lower legs more, and that felt great.
