Indoor on the track and we're doing 200's again. This time, instead of easing into it, we start at 30 and do all of them either in 30 or 31 secs with 200m rest. 30,31,31,30,30,30,30,31,30,30. So it's not hard to imagine I was feeling worse earlier than last time, but really it felt like a slightly different workout as last time we started slower and finished harder. Still, it was an encouraging workout.
