Notes
I wasn't feeling that great but decided to double since I could do a run on my own terms (check out the trails, run slower, and do strides [strides I just forgot to do this morning]).
1) Trails: some still underwater, most are muddy, and some debris. Altogether :(
2) Run slower: this I did, and still felt crappy
3) Strides: did 3, they felt awkward, but at least I did 3
So not a great run, but I wasn't thinking much more than 4 (which wasn't the easiest itself).
