Warm weather is just around the corner (or else!), and with a biker for a roommate, I thought I should start getting my butt used to biking again. Jumped on Hazard's training and the first 5 min just felt awkward. Maybe it was the bike, but more likely it's just been a long time since biking. Anyway, I settled in and started to feel better, did a few harder stretches and got out of the saddle a few times. As expected, 25min went by super slowly, but at least I didn't hate it.
