Notes
Group run. Not a February kind of run I've had before. It did not get as cool as forecasted overnight and was still about 60 degrees. For the most part, it felt fine, though I was sweatier than I've been in months. A larger group to start but it shrunk down to Becky and Ann, who I'd ran with before, and Ann's son Oliver, who I raced last fall. We were running casually through the hills when Becky turned off for a bathroom and Ann said she was going to back off the pace so the next turn Oliver picked up the pace a good amount. I wasn't interested in racing but in hindsight maybe I should have cruised with him. The hills made it hard to go easy anyway.
So I had a couple miles on my own. And either because of the hills or being alone, I noticed my left foot hurting (something that started yesterday evening). We'll see if that progresses.
