Notes

Another easy run with Rachel, calves are quite sore from yesterday's workout in spikes. These evening runs are even starting to be light out as I'm starting.

Pretty decent January. Goal was over 250 miles and I was getting close to 300. Though really the month was marked by more quality workouts than miles.
