3 straight weeks of running everyday, longest streak since the Fall. So I took Monday off. However, I still had my frist soccer league match. Likely as a result of sprinting every direction on already tired legs, this Tuesday was probably the most sore I've been in a long long time. At the start of the run, I couldn't even extend my legs with each stride my hamstrings were so tight. Nevertheless, I felt strong and full of energy so 6 miles wasn't hard, even with some normal faster pace running.
