After being disappointed by not hitting my goal this morning, I started to get the idea of doubling again today. I went for it and felt good other than my right knee pain stuck around for the first mile, probably the longest that that's been a pain.
I opted for a hilly route to switch things up from this morning and surprised myself how quickly and smoothly 6 miles went.
~2miles bigger day than Monday's double, but almost 30min more due to slower running. With 57miles, I'm actually almost on 100mile pace, which is odd since I was just shooting for 70. Still not sure if I'll try for 80+ or take a day off.
