Notes

After just a few hours rest and not enough food (on purpose), we left for a run. It started with my legs feeling incredibly light as I didn't have boots or a big backpack on. The good feeling only lasted a few minutes until my legs remembered they were still tired (and we hadn't even gone uphill yet).

This was the normal 4 mile route in reverse, so a long uphill in the 3rd mile.
