My goal was to run 7 days in a row so I could use tomorrow's travel day as a rest day, success. And I'd say I have been feeling stronger with each run. Still, I kept today flatter. My first freezing temps of the fall and I overdressed as I had already packed my preferred running clothes. But it turns out I didn't overdress at all, not sure if that's a good thing.
Right about halfway, I felt the fatigue settle in and the return trip wasn't too fun, but that's why you do out-and-backs, so you don't have an option of going shorter. Anyway, looks like I need that rest day after all.
