My left foot has been quite stiff lately after waking up, but last Thursday it hurt most of the day. Prime time to take some time off I suppose.
Testing it out today, I thought maybe some barefoot would be nice. I figured the rain has made the ground nice and soft. That was true, but the rain also saturated the ground. So the first 100m resulted in wet and muddy and numb feet. Eventually I found a few dry stretches and enjoyed my short run. Not sure if it was a good idea yet.
