Notes
Wasn't planning on running today, but at some point I got it in my head that I should do a hill workout. It was snowing and wasn't sure how that was going to turn out, but I'd say it was frosting on the cake. Right away I felt ready to go. About 2 miles to the only hill I knew of. Less than a minute to go up that one, but then found 2 other hills that were probably almost a 1/2 mile. Then came back and did 2 more of the short-steep hill. Priority was to maintain form and accomplished that but I wanted to go crazy on the last one. Restrained myself and knew that I had a faster one in me, just like Steve would like.
