Notes
The rain began 30min before the run with a windy downfall. It would ease off over the next few hours but Drew, Helix, and I did get quite wet. But since it was warm enough to not be miserable, it instead was fairly ideal. The pace started faster than usual it seemed as we wanted to warm up. We were certainly getting under 7 by a decent margin a few miles in and I was worried Helix would pay for it later. Instead, he seemed to be the one desiring the hot pace at times. A nice negative split and 3 happy runners.
