Helix arrived late today so Drew and I got in nearly a mile. 3 easy miles before the workout. Though I was tentative about doing a workout with my tight hamstring and an unsure stomach. Plan was 10-12 x 1min @ 5k-ish. The first 3 were on some uphill and getting used to it. The rest were more in the 5:20 range give or take. I was feeling fairly good and forgetting about my hamstring until # 5 or 6 when I decided to stop at the porta potty. That was a good decision but my stomach didn't feel great after that. Based on how I feel after the run, I'd say my back got tight and made things more difficult. Ended up doing 11 reps.
