Benefits of down-week = more energy. Negatives of down-week = more aches and pains and soreness. I seem to be getting the good and the bad of this rest week; feeling strong and fresh but random joint and muscle annoyances. Took this run a little easier with Drew and was another quick short run.

*****Thought***** More complaints than usual going into Elvelopet, coincidence?
