Notes
My legs were still a bit stiff, but at least my back was feeling better after sitting too much the past few days (in the office and at home). I kept to my plan of a long run though, with the idea now that it won't matter how much I run over this wedding weekend.
I started out worrying that I dressed too warm, but changing directions helped even with just a mild headwind. I could tell the energy wasn't there when I started into headwinds or even slight uphills. I just tried to not push myself and slowly make my way through this run. 9 miles went by quite fast, though I shouldn't have taken that as a cue to start heading home, as I made it back too quickly. I added on for 14 but stopped there. 14 was the minimum that I was hoping but still better than I've done in a long time.
No strides because I was tired.
