Drew came down to the Amanas for a run. We did the Amana loop which was new to us. It was a flat 4.5 mile but only a 2 street to cross (which were each done twice). I golfed yesterday for the first time in 2 years, I think, so I had some odd sorenesses. We were under 7 other than the first mile, but I was fresh and the run was short enough that I wasn't worried about it.
