Back in Des Moines and the heat (though still cooler when I left) and I've got a half marathon in a few days...
The plan was just to get a few miles at a faster pace while feeling good. 3x1mi starting just over 6min and finishing under. Then threw in a half mile at 5:30 pace.
None of this proves what I can do on Saturday, but at least I think I can handle it.
