Just me today. I decided on more soft surfaces as rain will interrupt that for a few days. That also gave me a chance to do barefoot. 2.5 miles on grass, gravel, and wood chips, followed by 2.5 miles barefoot. I enjoyed the barefoot but it wasn't effortless thanks to the varied conditions underfoot. 4 strides.
