Group Run. Today was on the shorter side of routes. It was also on the shoulder of a main road with a 50mph speed limit. I was a tad anxious about that. But I wore my reflective vest and the shoulders were large so I felt safe. Some of the other runners would be close to the road without any lights or vest. They made me anxious.
Otherwise, not feeling my best this morning but the run felt easy, including 1 longer hill.
