Finally got out the door around noon, wasn't feeling great before that. Plan was to do trails the whole long run (success). About 10min in I ran into a co-worker and ran with him. Apparently he had just started too and we ended up running 11miles together (certainly the longest I've ran with someone just by chance). He was doing the whole thing barefoot so the pace was slower depending on the terrain, but I joined him in barefoot for a stretch and it felt good. I didn't feel tired at the end but I could tell the 13 miles on uneven trails was unusual for my body.
