A little loop around the house to get some hills, not a lot of hills. Then as I was running downhill, I remembered that I haven't done hill sprints in a while. So I ran straight home, grabbed my flats that were set out for strides, then found a hill (kind of failed with the hill part, I could have gone just a little further to find a slightly steeper and more preferable hill).
The hill sprints felt as good as they have in a long time.
