Notes
Trying to squeeze in a workout since I haven't done much this week. The plan was some tempo, with hope that the trails would make it feel good. I did forget that it had rained last night, so I had to avoid the lower, flooded parts; some slickness remained throughout though.
A short warmup followed by 2.5miles of tempo. 1mile break then 2 more miles of tempo. I assumed I'd do 2.5 but I finished my route and just called it a day without really doing a cool down. Just didn't feel that great but also wasn't expecting much.
