After the run on Monday, it was about 4 hours moving into the uhaul, 4 hours driving, 4 hours moving out of the uhaul. I was very tired the next day. And took Wednesday off for good measure as well.
Today I took it easy on myself with a trip to the Missouri XC Course. It's a bit out of the way on the edge of town and very much a modern course, but the important thing was it had nice grass for barefoot (downside being it was sometimes soggy from rain overnight). Part of the course was fashioned into an obstacle course mud run thing, but I wasn't feeling up for trying anything. 4 strides.
