Notes
Warm-up: 3 miles with the alumni (trade corso for chili and I think that would have been our entire team). Felt really good (props to the weather) other than the faster tempo and race pace pieces.
Cool-down: Twin Springs with the alumni, then dug dike with Hazard and Balto. Balto and I did most of Rivertrail before turning back. I hit a wall so we stopped for water and I recovered a bit for a solid long day.
