I may have over overestimated my recovery these past 4 days, or maybe the biking got to me, but this run didn't go very smoothly (Then again, how often are runs good after 4 days w/o running?). I started off alright and then most of my leg soreness decided to surface once again. Ran with the morning group, some new guys today, and due to flooding, ran more than I'd like on concrete.
