The trails are ready to go but I've got a road race this weekend. So warm-up and cool-down on the trails, then 18min fartlek on the bike paths.
Tried out my new flats, they didn't feel as good as the Hyper Speed 6 but maybe they will in time. The workout didn't feel too good as I didn't feel very energized, hopefully just a couple easy days on runs and upper body will remedy that.
Did the cool-down with Hazard, the trails are in great condition, hopefully I can enjoy them before rain hits.
