ASICS Gel-DS-Trainer 17 (Blue Dawn)
Thought I'd shake my legs out before an evening run (also wanted to front load my week just in case). Felt pretty good, especially compared to last Tuesday. Hamstrings just tired, not sore; feet not too bad; glutes only hurt when not running.

In the case that my running later in the week is inhibited by time, laziness, natural disaster, strength, motivation, others, etc.

With all these concerns it seems like you should front load every week.
