Notes
This was probably the quickest I've gotten ready for a run. I haven't been setting an alarm for the last month or 2 and I woke up at 6:09. I thought about getting up for about 15sec before lying back down. But I kept on thinking and realized I wasn't going back to sleep so I got up, put on shorts, socks, shoes, grabbed my keys and was out my door at 6:13 to meet Scott and Daniel Sevcik. I hurried to the park, and then Scott also set a very quick pace. I don't know if the pace always slows down eventually, or maybe I just get used to it. Either way I think I'm handling it fairly well right now.
