Geez, I take a day off and my foot hurts worse than ever. And my abs hurt for some reason. At least the foot remains to not hurt while running.
Today's run did feel good, though it wasn't thrilling in the least to finish and find out I averaged 7:40 pace. Even with the good amount of hills, that's pretty slow.
