Trying to mimic what I did last week, so a faster 8 miler was in order. Succeeded in that I suppose, and it felt good. Still, I didn't get the confidence boost that I got last week, even though my hamstrings are much less sore than a week ago. This week my weakspots are much more spread out than just my hamstrings. A few good strides to pass the last 1/2 mile alone.
