Notes
I was planning on running this morning (and this afternoon) but wasn't excited about where to run. Then I put 2 and 2 together and got Naomi to drop me off north of town on her way to Ames. Now I had 4miles of gravel that I've only ran once before and the wind predominantly at my back.
Once started, I pretty much just got into the zone and soon the run was over.
