Not feeling great, but decided a workout was in order, so I grabbed my lightweight trail shoes and hit the trails. The 'warmup' was very slow as I eased into this run.
Plan was 20min tempo, that turned into 2x10min tempo when I needed a bathroom break. The tempo didn't feel as good as most of my trail tempos from last fall, but I think I also needed to push harder today since most of my normal runs are at a faster pace than last fall.
