Notes

Nearly 40degrees out but didn't feel quite warm enough to go shorts (it was windy). It was also a rare SW wind so I went to Grey's Lake first before starting my workout (even did some steeple drills).

The workout was just a longer version of the 30/30 I did recently, this time 40/40. I still did the same amount of reps, 18, but got 12minutes in this time. The last 7 had some uphill incline to them and the penultimate was very steep, thankfully I managed just fine.
