Notes
I took the weekend off since I hadn't planned on running every workday. It would have been some nice weather, though. Today was back to pretty hot and sunny (in retrospect, it wasn't humid). My legs felt quite good the whole run, though my stomach, back, and dry throat all had their moments of discomfort. I did need a pit stop just a half mile from finishing, for which I jumped down into a wooded ditch. On my way back up, another runner was making his way down. That's a first for me.
While that and the other discomforts did lead to a dissatisfactory feeling, I suppose it is as long of a run as we did all last week.
