Getting up and out the door earlier to be showered and breakfasted by 7:45. Heading to Carroll to help my Grandma move from her house of ~60years to an apartment. I'm not sure if it was better or worse that she wasn't there to supervise (she had hip surgery last Monday).
I started off with the intention of going slow. Success. The first mile was close to 9 minutes. 2nd mile faster, 3rd mile finally got just under 8 minutes. I picked it up for the final mile but still couldn't get the average under 8. Simple run on a cool morning with a fog, that's not too common for me.
